Created for Orchard by Dahua Group and RPM Real Estate, these photorealistic 3D visualisations were developed to support the marketing of the residential community and showcase the lifestyle offered by its extensive landscaped spaces. The imagery brings the proposed parkland to life, capturing playgrounds, walking paths, open green spaces, established planting and communal areas within the broader residential setting.
Careful attention was given to landscaping, vegetation, surrounding homes and everyday activity to create a warm and realistic representation of the future neighbourhood. The finished visualisation helps prospective residents imagine the scale, character and family-friendly lifestyle of the completed Orchard community, communicating not just the physical development but the sense of place it was designed to create.
